４．Documents to bring
　　①Student ID card (to be distributed at the time of placement test)
　　②“Notice of Decision on Candidates for Scholarship Recruitment of Universities in 2018”
　　　　※Enclosed in the 2018 Graduate School Scholarship Recruitment Candidates.
　　　　※Please bring both for submission and personal storage.
　　③“Preparation Form for Admission Notification Form” (all filled out)
　　④Copy of bankbook (cover, etc.) for transfer (copy to A4 size paper)
　　　　※Copy the page where you can check the bank name, branch name, account number, and account name.
　　⑤“Notice of Approval to Change Name Registration for Scholarship Recruitment Candidates for Universities 2018”
　　⑥Application documents for special increase loan scholarship at the time of admission
　　　　(i) Not being able to use the “National Education Loan” of the Japan Finance Corporation (declaration)
