The second leadership training was held on February 7, 2018 (Wednesday), and about 100 circle leaders and subleaders participated.
This training is to learn about the skills and ideas needed as a leader of the circle. This year, we worked on group work-centered content with the theme of realizing student autonomy and student-centered extracurricular activities.
Participants of each group discussed issues such as "What kind of procedure should be taken if a cultural association circle wants to hold a sports event in a gymnasium?" And exchanged information on the handover of activities being carried out in each circle and how to contact members.
Through this training, I hope that it will be an opportunity for students to voluntarily think about the ideal way of extracurricular activities such as circles.
