The first leadership training was held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 with 94 students from student groups, circle leaders and accountants participating.
Leadership training is held twice a year to learn about what you need to run club activities.
This time, Professor Takahashi talked about the significance of club activities and student autonomy, and learned about "Notes on Circle Accounting" and "Rules and Procedures for Circle Activities".
In addition, the Harassment Prevention Committee provided explanations about harassment hidden close to student life and introduced consultation desks, and the students listened to the explanation with a serious expression.
The next Leadership Training is scheduled to be held in February.
