2.Date and time
　・Tuesday, December 19, 2017 16:30-17:45 Third-year students
　・Wednesday, December 20, 2017 16: 30-17: 45 Second grader
　・Thursday, December 21, 2017 16:30-17:45 1st grade students
　・Friday, December 22, 2017 16:30-17:45 All grades (preliminary days)

3.Location
　　December 19th, 21st, 22nd ... B-303 Classroom
　　December 20: A-301 Classroom

※Attention
　・If it overlaps with the class, please give priority to the class.
　・If you are unable to attend the briefing for the relevant grade, all grades (preliminary dates) or
　  Please attend a briefing session for other grades.
　・If you do not follow the procedure, the scholarship will be abolished.
　　Please be sure to attend.
