We held citizen's university theme lecture "understand food poisoning including Anisakis correctly" in 2017

 Wednesday, July 5 14: 00-15: 50 In the large conference room on the 2nd floor of Karato-ichiba, the theme lecture "Understanding food poisoning such as Anisakis correctly" was held in 2017. .

 Since it was also a time when food poisoning occurred frequently, an urgent citizen's university theme lecture was held, but many people, including market participants, participated.

 In the lecture, Mr. Tetsuya Kono, Chief of the Health and Hygiene Section of Shimonoseki City Shimonoseki Public Health Center, gave a lecture on "food poisoning caused by seafood and the outbreak situation". Next, Mr. Jun Yamamoto, Professor of the Faculty of Fisheries, Kagoshima University, gave a lecture on "Measures to Prevent Food Poisoning from the View of Life History of Anisakis". Both were very interesting lectures on the occasional occasion.

 After that, during the Q & A session, many questions were asked from the citizens of the venue to the instructors about future fish food. The curtain closed successfully, with a high level of interest in food poisoning in recent years.
